1. Who we are
Yuvraj Chat is a messaging app operated by Yuvraj Web Solution, India. Our website is https://yuvrajwebsolution.com.
If you do not agree with this policy, please do not create an account or use the app.
2. Information we collect
We collect only what is needed to run chat, accounts, and notifications.
Account and profile
- Mobile number — to sign in with OTP (Firebase Phone Authentication, India +91).
- Name, username, about, profile photo — you provide these; other users may see them based on your privacy settings.
- Online status and last seen — to show availability, according to your settings.
Messages and media
- Chat messages — text you send in private chats or receive from admins/broadcasts.
- Photos, videos, files, voice notes, and audio — stored so the other person can receive them.
- Shared contacts — if you choose to send a contact card in chat.
- Location — only if you tap to share your current location in a chat. We do not track you in the background.
Device contacts
If you allow Contacts permission, the app reads numbers saved in your phone book so it can show which of your saved contacts already use Yuvraj Chat. We use this on the device to match registered users. We do not sell your address book.
Camera, microphone, and files
Used only when you take a photo, record a voice note, or pick a file/image/video to send. We do not access camera or mic in the background.
Notifications
We store a Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) token for your device so we can send message and alert notifications, including when the app is in the background.
Technical and security data
- App Check / device integrity signals (to reduce abuse and fake clients).
- Basic device and network information needed to deliver the service (for example connection state).
- Admin-side activity needed to run the service (reports, blocks, broadcasts), if you interact with those features.
3. How we use information
- Create and secure your account (OTP login).
- Deliver chats, media, daily posts, and official broadcasts.
- Show contacts who are on Yuvraj Chat.
- Send notifications for new messages and important alerts.
- Apply privacy settings, block lists, and safety controls.
- Detect spam, abuse, and unauthorized access.
- Respond to support requests sent to info@yuvrajwebsolution.com.
- Comply with law when legally required.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your chats to show third-party ads.
5. Storage and retention
- Account and profile data stay while your account is active.
- Messages and media stay until deleted in the product, removed by an admin for safety, or deleted when we process an account-deletion request.
- FCM tokens are updated when you reinstall or sign out.
- Backups and security logs may remain for a limited time for abuse prevention and legal compliance.
6. Your choices and rights
Depending on Indian law (including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023) and Play policy, you may:
- View and edit your profile and privacy settings in the app.
- Turn off contacts, camera, mic, location, or notification permission in Android settings (some features will stop working).
- Sign out of the app from Settings.
- Request access, correction, or deletion of your account data by emailing info@yuvrajwebsolution.com from the same phone number / account details you registered with. We will verify the request before deleting.
To delete your account, email us with subject line Delete Yuvraj Chat account and include your registered mobile number. We will delete or anonymize personal data we control, except where we must keep a limited record (for example fraud, legal holds, or completed transactions required by law).
7. Security
We use HTTPS, Firebase security rules, App Check, and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. Please do not share OTPs, and do not send highly sensitive personal data (bank PINs, government IDs) in chat unless you accept the risk.
8. Children
Yuvraj Chat is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly create accounts for children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal data, contact info@yuvrajwebsolution.com and we will delete it.

10. Changes to this policy
We may update this page when the app or the law changes. The “Last updated” date at the top will change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.
